Log in to Telephone Portal or ITS Billing

Depending on what information you need or action to take, there are two options for logging in to manage your phone-related tasks:

UVA Telephone System Portal
where you can …

  • manage your voicemail
  • set up call forwarding
  • look up your phone number & more

You MUST be on Grounds or on any UVA Virtual Private Network (VPN) to log in to the Telephone System Portal.

ITS Billing
where you can …

  • look up your Forced Authorization Code (FAC)
  • see service & equipment assigned to you 
  • if you're a fiscal administrator, see bills

In the Phone Portal

Your computing ID will be used to bring up the associated phone number if you have a “named extension.” Extensions not associated with an individual user do not have portal access.
